From the placing order stage all the way through to delivery the customer service i received was the best I have received in a long time , I messaged shout delivery date after ordering and Gabriella got back to me almost immediately. The gift box was delivered quickly and on the date Gabriella advised, the packaging, presentation and content of the gift box was just amazing and better than I imagined I cannot recommend using Three Bears Emporium enough and I’ve let them know that I will be sending gift boxes from here to all my friends and family whenever I can
