Shipping Zones

 

Free Standard Shipping is available on all UK orders over £25.

Standard UK shipping takes 2-4 working days for delivery.

Expressed Shipping is for 1-2 working days delivery.

 

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders in 1 working day including Saturdays. Please note that during high seasons (Nov-Dec) dispatch may take 2-3 working days (Mo-Sa).

 

Shipping

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been dispatched NOT once the order has been placed.

 

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified through out our checkout when you complete your order.

If the wrong postal code is given, then only the item will be refunded not the postal cost and if you wish to reorder the items then the postal cost will have to be paid again.

If postal addresses are incomplete, the responsibility falls on the buyer, Three Bears Emporium takes no responsibility of checking shipping addresses.

Please ensure you provide a delivery address, where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. If the couriers are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. If you do not contact the couriers within 18 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable to your order.

If the orders tracking is showing as Delivered but you are unable to find your package, after checking with neighbours and in the safe place, it is your responsibility to check with your local post office as to the location of the package.
